Description:
Designed by Edgar Budischowsky and produced in Germany as the non-importable Korriphila TP-70. The TP is short for Taschen Pistole or Pocket Pistol and the 70 is for the year of production. In the U.S. the gun was initially made by Norton Armament of Mt. Clemens, Michigan in 1973. This stainless steel pistol has many features including a single and dual action trigger, slide stop/release, safety/de cocker, magazine safety, extractor/ejector, easy take down lever, and an exposed hammer that is half-cock enabled. The barrel is uniquely fixed to the frame by the take down lever and frame and barrel rails making this a blowback operating pistol. Turning the lever releases the barrel from the frame allowing it to be removed with the slide. This one is in excellent condition with only minor carry wear near the front of the slide.
