This Springfield U.S. Model 1873 is a single shot breech loading trapdoor rifle in .45-70 Cal. It has a 32 inch round barrel with sights and has very good rifling. The stock is a smooth walnut straight grip. This is a historical rifle used by the U.S. Army from 1873 - 1892. This rifle is in good condition.
