An extraordinary example of an early style Winchester Model 54 in .30 Gov't '06 caliber. 24 " Barrel with excellent bore. S/N 35XXXA with matching bolt Mfg. 1931.
Condition is superb at 98-99% original Blue and Varnish. Of the 50,000 Model 54s produced, there are literally only handful that have not been "bubbafied" in some fashion with drill holes, ridiculous bolt alterations (which also destroyed the underlying wood), pads, refinish etc. Examples in this condition are virtually non-existent, and this one would be exceedingly difficult to upgrade.
