Smith & Wesson K-38 Target Masterpiece Pre-Model 14 .38 spl with a five screw frame, 6" barrel, patridge front sight, adjustable rear sight. Manufactured between 1946 and 1957. This gun is in excellent condition, very minor bluing wear to the muzzle on the right side. Smith and Wesson grips not numbered to the gun, but barrel, frame and cylinder match. Excellent case colors on hammer and trigger. Cylinder and barrel are shiny and riflings are like new. This gun appears to have been fired very little. Lockup is tight and timing is correct, very faint cylinder line.
