Description:
Original WW2 GI Remington Rand 1911A1. This old war horse has seen a lot of use but is all original with the exception of all new springs and a correct GI slide stop that was added by our gunsmith. The finish is original and the pistol shows no re-work marks. The bore shows some corrosion but is very shootable. This gun is good and tight and with the new springs, all functions work as they should. This would make an excellent candidate for a restoration project or a good representative piece for your collection without breaking the bank.
