Description:
This gun is a Forehand Model 1901, manufactured by Hopkins & Allen Arms Co, Norwich, CT. The gun is a 38 WCF caliber with a 3 1/4" barrel and hard rubber grips. The gun retains 85 - 95% of a reapplied nickel finish. The grips are in like new condition and the bore is clean with only very slight erosion. The serial number is C2567 wih no available reference to a manufacturing date.
This is a very nice example of the breaktip revolvers manufacured from 1990 to 1910. The gun is in excellent mechanical condition, all original parts and proper function.
