Description:
The Colt Agent (First Issue) was manfactured from 1961 to 1972. This 1971 vintage Agent is fitted with a 2 inch barrel, serrated ramped front sight, checkered wood grips with Colt medallions, Rampant Colt stamped hammer shroud, built on a alloy frame which is serrated on the top, is blue/black finished, and chambered in .38 Special. The 6-shot revolver is in excellent original finish, retaining 95%+ of its original finishes, with some minor thinning on the muzzle of the barrel , forward edges of the cylinder, and some minor chipping and thinning of the finish on a number of sharp edges of the frame. The gun has been fired, but apparently very little from the very slight drag line on the cylinder. The bore looks like new and the action functions the same, with a very tight lock-up.
