(some very large firearms (example Barrett .50 BMGs) may cost extra to ship) All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Colt was TALO's first limited edition partner in the late 1990s. With the factory's cooperation, TALO editions have caught the attention of a wide range of Colt collectors. TALO is fortunate to have some well known and talented engravers work on their designs. Master Engravers, Lee Griffiths, Brian Pawley, Ben Lane, Ray Armand, David Riccardo have all provided designs for TALO projects.
TALO produced the first versions of the Colt Dragon in 2004 in two limited editions in .45 caliber
Our updated dragon model is based on Colt’s O2091, a full size government pistol in .38 Super caliber. Production is limited to 500 specially serialized units. MEX001 - MEX500
Extensive embellishment has been done to the current dragon
The stainless slides and frames are initially polished. The intricate dragon design is selectively plated with 24k gold, copper and silver and highlighted with deep etched black lines. The barrel is polished at the chamber to complement the slide finish
The hammer, slide stop, barrel bushing, thumb safety, and mag release are all high polished. The hex style grip screws are polished and coated in 24k gold.
Grips are an alternating dragon scale pattern with an embedded gold rampart Colt medallion.
