Sold Pending Funds - For sale is a STUNNING 1937 Colt Bankers Special in the Scarce .22 LR in this single gun shipment to Lou J Eppinger, the inventor of the “Dardevle” spoon fishing lure, with which more World Records have been caught than all others combined.
The factory original blued finish on this revolver is in remarkable condition with just a few freckles, and exhibiting excellent mechanical functioning.    Wonderful 82-year old specimen of a RARE firearm with provenance which exhibits all of the details and finish that made Colt the premiere firearms manufacturer.  Included in the sale is the Colt Factory Archive letter. Payment must be by bank certified (cashiers) check or Postal Money Order. Shipping & insurance by FedEx is $45 to eligible lower 47 states. Shipping to AK or HI will have additional costs for which buyer is responsible. I will need a copy of an FFL dealer license or C&R with copy of Driver’s License to ship the gun. There is a 3 day, no-shoot, no disassembly inspection period and the buyer is responsible for cost of shipping both ways if returned. If your FFL dealer will not accept shipment from an individual, I will need an additional $35 to ship through my FFL
