Remington over an under 41 RF This a lovely peice. I know this has a story to tell.
the finish is smooth blue in the protected area and underside of barrel show about 40% blue
the barrel address is sharp with iradesecnt blue shining through. The mechanics are perfect. the bore's are bright and shiney with sharp rifeling. the Abalonie mother of pearl is just stunning even with the left grip cracked. Over the past 50 years ive seen enough of these to know this one was in a gun fight the finish tells the story ... the blood print on the forward part of the frame. Blood is acidic it will eat a hole in metal. look at the finish so smooth sharp edges........... think this was fired many years ago and then put a way for the next 125 years . the finish appears original has not been played with or altered. the serial # 734 matches the frame an barrel.
