Description:
Vincenzo Bernardelli Roma 3 in 12 Gauge. Italian Manufacture. Features include, 28" barrels, tapered, matted, solid rib with a front brass bead, five choke tubes, double triggers, extractors, case hardened receiver, false sideplates, tang mounted safety. Checkered, pistol grip, walnut stock with maker's plastic butt-plate. The splinter forend is also checkered and has a push button release. Overal in good condition, with solid wood and no cracks but there are numerous scratches and small dings. The forend and hardware are solid and tight, however there is slight movement, about 1/16" of an inche between the forend and the barrels. Forend locks securely in place but there is that movement. This should be an easy and inexpensive fix for a creative handyman or for most any gunsmith. As for the barrel metal and bluing, they are in very good condition with some minor scratches, and a little rust freckling to the left side near the chamber area. The bores are mirror bright. Weighs, 6 Lbs. 15 Ozs. Meaurements: LOP: 14"; DAC: 1 3/8"; DAH: 2 1/2"; CAST OFF: 1/16". For more info, see the bullet points within this ad. Wood Condition: Wood and lacquer finish are in good to fair shape. The wood is solid with no cracks, there are numerous scratches and shallow dings, and there are some areas where the lacquer finish is worn.
Bore Condition: Very good bore with lots of shine.
