Description:
A rare Parker Bros. 20 gauge DHE 2 barrel set.Built in 1936,this gun has 28" and 30" barrels.Both sets are Titanic steel and are numbered to the gun.The 28" barrels are choked imrpoved .007" and improved .007".The 30" barrels are choked skeet .003" and modified .016".Both sets of barrels have excellent bores and are free of rust or dents.The straight grip stock has a 143/4" LOP to a skeleton buttplate.Note that the factory letter describes the gun as having a pistol grip.I have pulled the trigger guard and the straight grip stock is numbered to the gun,so it is correct.The forend is a factory beavertail and is correct as well.The gun retains 30% of the original case colors,95% of the original wood finish,and 95% of the original barrel blue.This is a very rare and collectible Parker that would make a great upland bird gun or a fun clays gun.C&R eligible.
