Description:
This is a very nice trapdoor Springfield. Barrel and other metal have heavy patina, indicative of its 1876 vintage. Wood is good to very good with some scratches and dings with no cartouches. Great rifle for re-enacting, target shooting, or just displaying. This is a wonderful piece of history, 143 year old history.
