Description:
The High Standard Sharpshooter/Sport King, Series Model 103, Target Pistols were made from 1971 to 1977. The pistols were fitted with a 5 1/2 inch bull barrel, adjustable rear sight, checkered plastic grips, 10-round magazine, were blue finished, and chambered in .22 LR. This High Standard Sharpshooter is as described, is fitted with checkered walnut grips with Hi-Standard medallions, "MODEL103" stamped slide, and "SPORT KING" stamped frame. It is in excellent original condition, retaining 98% of its original blue finish. The grips fit well and are in excellent condition (Note: There is a small crack in the right grip panel, appears to be part of a knot in the wood). The bore looks like new and the action functions the same. The 10-round magazine, which has a green folloower, is also in excellent condition. All screw heads are un-molested, including the sight screws. Sorry, no box or paper-work. These Sharpshooter models with a stamped "SPORT KING" frame, and "MODEL 103" slide are somewhat rare.
