This 1908 was manufactured in Hartford in 1911 and has survived the 100+ years very well. With a 2in barrel and 16oz weight this little vest gun is perfect for those not looking to draw any attention when carrying a firearm. Overall condition is very good with light scratching and a small amount of blue fade on the slide, aside from that the factory blue is very deep. The trigger retains over 80% case color, and the protected areas of the grip safety also retain their case colors, but the safety has only 20-25% case colors remaining. Bore is good with light frosting but good rifling for close quarters firing. The grips are in excellent condition with light use but no cracks and sharp checkering and Colt logos. This gun does come in the original Colt box but sadly it is missing the original side sticker and paperwork.
