Early gun at just over 200k serial range. Still some case colors remaining but most of it has darkened. Barrel still exhibits quite a bit of original blue. Light freckling throughout. It does have the early style Marlin long semi-buckhorn sight with correct elevator. Rocky Mountain front sight. Bore is good but needs a cleaning. Crescent butt plate that fits well as does the wood to the tangs and frame. Forearm is also in nice condition. Marlin's are great guns and this is a good example.
