Mauser 1896 .30 Mauser caliber pistol. Pre war commercial model. This is a later import to the USA that has been re-barreled with a new excellent bore barrel done by Federal Ordnance in California. The action works perfectly. We test fired it and it functioned perfectly. The barrel extension and frame have been dip blued, probably by Federal Ordnance so the frame and barrel extension have light to medium pits. This is a reasonably priced Mauser. Broomhandle.
