U.S. Eagles Head Officers Sword from The Philip Medicus Collection. Circa 1820s – 1830s. Blade has niter blue finish with panoply of arms and foliate patterns. Langet has a Federal Eagle. Grip is ivory. Scabbard has foliate motifs. Knuckle guard has a panoply of arms. Sword still has hang tag and brass disk from the famous Philip Medicus Collection! A desirable piece.
