American Officer’s Fusil. Circa early 19th century. Built by the British using an American lock. Lock is marked “Sharpe” with federal eagle, and has a rolling frizzen pin. Barrel has British proofs. Stock is finely checkered. Approximately .69 caliber. Very good overall fusil (light weight musket).
