Colt Single Action Army .38-40 caliber revolver. Manufactured in 1907. Comes with Colt factory letter showing the gun was shipped to Simmons Hardware in St. Louis Mo. March 8,1907. Letter confirms barrel length, caliber and blue finish. Bore is excellent. Action works perfectly. The revolver has approximately 70% blue . Case colors have faded. Grips show handling wear but no chips or cracks. This is a nice 38-40 4 ¾” barrel Single Action in about very good condition.
