Offering this beautiful Winchester Skeet Grade Model 42.
It has the checkered slide handle and checkered pistol grip stock, a Skeet-choked solid rib 26” barrel, and a 2-1/2” chamber. The serial number is 51566 which puts its manufacture in 1942. Please note the fit issues with the butt plate – the plate is a bit proud to the wood in certain places (see images and the end). This one of many pieces we’ll be offering from the private collection of firearms and outdoors retailer/distributor Lew Horton. Factory letter is pending.
