Description:
Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine. Top of barrel is marked .44 WCF (44-40 WCF). 20" Round Barrel. This piece is a wonderful antique that still functions completely. All stock wood is good. Metal has generally taken a patina with some blue remaining. The bore is clean, shiny throughout with no rust or pits and the rifling is in very good shape from chamber to muzzle. The serial number is 603746. According to Winchester, manufactured in 1911. The .44 WCF is rare. Add this to your collection or start your collection with a great Winchester piece.
