Description:
This Winchester Model 55 Takedown is a right hand lever action repeating rifle in .30 W.C.F. Cal. It has a 24 inch round barrel with a front blade sight and adjustable notch middle sight. The butt stock is a smooth walnut straight grip shotgun style. Manufactured in 1925 good condition with very good rifling.

Metal Condition: Good. Minor handling marks, minor freckling and very minor wear. Two handling marks on the bore. Scratch on the receiver left side.
Wood Condition: Good. Has some handling marks. Appears to have had a sling swivel at one time but hole has been repaired.
Bore Condition: Very good.
Barrels: 24 inch blued round barrel.
Stock: Smooth walnut straight grip stock shotgun style butt.
