Description:
22" tapered round barrel with full-band sling swivel base. Figured European walnut stock with ebony forend tip, classic point-pattern checkering wrapping fully under the forend and over the wrist, skeleton pistol grip cap (checkered within), beaded cheekpiece, inletted and pedestalled rear swivel base, and Biesen widow's-peaked checkered steel buttplate. Winchester pre-'64 Model 70 action with cloverleaf tang, jeweled bolt and follower, 3-panel checkered bolt knob, built-up and checkered bolt stop, and custom bottom metal with hinged floorplate release inside triggerguard. Leupold VX-III 2.5-8x36mm matte-finished scope with fine duplex reticle on Conetrol mounts. Pull: 14". Weight: 8lbs, 6oz. Some hunting wear to the wood, but 99%blue and with an excellent bore.
