Marfione Strider Custom D.O.C. D/A Auto 09/2012 ~ Carbon Fiber Handle, Tri Tone Stonewash Hand Ground Blade Prototype The DOC (Death On Contact) is the result of a collaboration effort between Marfione Custom Knives and Strider Knives. The knife features a Strider inspired carbon fiber handle combined with a blade design that is a combination of the Microtech Whaleshark and Select-Fire. The D/A style has a button for automatic operation, or opening through the provided oversized thumb stud.. The titanium back strap has a lanyard hole and the titanium lock bar has a replaceable stainless steel insert. This knife is part of the prototype run from 2012 and is Serial Number #27. The blade finish is hand ground tri-stone stonewashed with the characteristic start grind towards the tip. The back strap is etched 09/2012 S/N 27 PROTOTYPE with the Marfione dagger logo. The titanium pocket clip is etched A. MARFIONE - M. STRIDER. A superior and well designed double action automatic knife. Brand New in heavy duty Maxpedition zip up pouch.{No Box)
