Description:
A.H.Fox 16 gauge Sterlingworth in all original condition.Built in Philadelphia in 1926,this gun has 30" Sterlingworth compressed fluid steel barrels with mint bores.The chokes are light modified .015" and full .035".The barrels are #3 weight barrels with 25/8" chambers.The gun is in outstanding all original unaltered condiiton.It retains 95% of the original case colors,100% of the original barrel blue and 95% of the original wood finish.All screws are unturned and clean.All roll marks are sharp and crisp.The wood is sound with no cracks or damage.With its light weight and great barrels,this would make an ideal dove or pheasant gun.The stock dimensions are 141/4"LOP over the bakelite buttplate,15/8" at comb,and 23/4" at heel.Very hard to find in this condition.C&R eligible.
