What an unusual beauty this gun is. The Radom P-35 was rated by military historians as one of the greatest handguns of WWII. Additionally, the Nazis also held it in very high esteem and continued priduction of the gun after they took over the factory in WWII . They were issued tprimarily to the Army and their prized Kreigsmarine..
This one is in the "U" block towards the last of the prized three lever production.. It still retains the early high polish finish. The remaining blue conservatively is about 97+%. The bulk of the loss is the muzzle wear and sharp edge silvering, from the holster. The gun has seen very little use as the grip straps have not started to gray
All parts match, the barrel, frame, slide and the grip safety. The frame is stamped Eagle/Swastika, Eagle/77, Eagle/77, and Eagle/358. .Plus numerous workers stamps scattered around the gun.
The grips are a real surprise. Both grips, are guaranteed to be the Radom factory original issue.. The left grip is the first type, black and the right grip, is the second type brown.. This was done either during transition at the factory from one color to the other or as a field replacement. The estate's seller assures me that the gun is in original G.I. bring back condition.
The slide rails, bolt face and feed ramp show very little wear. The bore is really quite bright with very sharp rifling and a just a slight hint of scattered frost. It comes with one original P-35 magazine.
This is a great example of the last batch of 3 lever P-35. It would t would enhance any collection or be real fun on the range....Reduced.......$1695 Shipped
