A super example of the very first year of the Nazi dated P-08 Lugers. The retained factory original would rate an honest 98+%. The little there is, is due to some very slight sharp edge silvering, a few small areas of pin pricks at the muzzle and the usual side plate wear. That is really it. The grips straps have not started to gray, and surprisingly the stock, lug almost always worn bright has not silvered. The right side of the frame is stamped, Eagle/63. Eagle/63 and Eagle with another Eagle on the barrel. All numbered parts match. The walnut grips are of equal condition. There are no chips, dings, splits or even flattened points. The slide rails, bolt face and feed ramp show only the very slightest bit of use. The barrel is pristine like the rest of the gun. The bore is sunshine bright with razor sharp rifling..not a touch of frost anywhere. It comes with one correct aluminum based magazine numbered 6859. This first dated year "Closet Queen" would enhance any investor's collection and be a real cutie at the range.......Shipped, only $2295.
