Description:
Pair of high quality guns by well-known maker, engraved by R. Smeets, with leather case in fantastic condition. The pair are finished in Boss style round body that the makers referred to as Nemrod. 27-5/8 inch barrels with slightly raised rib. A true par with gold inlaid "1" and "2" on the ribs, top levers, and forend tips. Sidelock actions are coin finished round bodied with non-automatic safties, hidden third fasteners, and bushed strikers. The round bodied locks are hand detachable with H&H style takedown pins and double triggers. Rose and scroll engravings with R. Smeets signature on trigger plates. Well matched European Walnut used to make the forends and straight grip stocks which have vacant initial ovals on the toe line.
