Description:
This is a Paul Jaeger mannlicher stocked 222 Reminington utilizing a Sako clip feed, square bolt barrelled action. The stock is of European walnut and has a gold ititial oval. The length of pull is 14.25" over a checkered metal butt plate with widow's peak.
The barrel is 24" long, not the short 20" one usual seen and marked Bofors Steel. Metal finish is 98% and wood is the same with only minor handling marks. The bore is excellent and this rifle shoots very well.
This rifle was made for a friend of mine and I have owned it for over 30 years.
