THIS PISTOL HAS A VERY CRISPY ACTION AND IT IS A HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE AND VERY ACCURATE TARGET SHOOTING GUN.
The Colt National Match GI listing 101260830 my inventory number 1-10-4 I have for almost twenty years. The serial number X1868 is unusual and I tried to find out from Colt Company the history of it, but the answer I received was "We do not have anything in our records about it". This is my opinion about it:
Since this pistol has all Colt company MNational Match pistol parts, it was produced by Colt Company. It also was assembled by a highly professional gunsmith at the Colt Factory at this time Colt did not produce National Match Pistol especially with this kind of trigger assembly, therefore in my opinion this was a prototype sample at that time, and it was not registered for some reason n their records.
This all I know about it.
We offer three days inspection.
Only not fired changed parts or condition guns would be accepted. Return shipping cost is the buyer's expense.
We accept bank & postal money orders or personal & business checks, but those take time to clear. We also offer 90 days layaway with 25% down & three more payments of 25% per month. The layaway plan does not have 3 days inspection privileges; therefore there is a “NO RETURNS” policy.
