Description:
A very rare gun. They made 1050 #2 single shot rifles. Most are solid frames. Very few are folding stock models. Very unique and well made. Fancy wood. Excellent sights. Barrel is only about 20 inches long. It has a globe front sight, adjustable rear barrel sight and 2 flip up receiver sights. Gun can be folded in half and the trigger can be tucked down so that it doesn't catch when you take it out of your pocket. Great gun with most all stock varnish remaining. Numerous mars and dings on the wood. The barrel has about 95% original blue. Correct barrel markings of which the .297/230 cartridge is xxxed out and ".22" and "LONG RIFLE" has been added. It does shoot 22LR now (I tried it). High quality gun. I have never seen one before.
