Colt Bisley Model SAA revolver, .45 Colt caliber, Serial #284733.
Provenance:
Comes with Colt Archive letter stating "Shipped to Copper Queen Consolidated Mining Co., Douglas Arizona Territory, October 18, 1906
The pistol is in good overall condition with a 4 3/4” barrel. The pistol retains a significant amount of its nickel finish with a mottled appearance on the cylinder and part of the frame, light surface erosion and some pinprick pitting evident on the frame. The checkered hard rubber grips are in good condition showing moderate wear. The bore is good, cylinder is tight, the action is crisp and the markings are visable on this desirable Bisley SAA with history.
