Winchester Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine .30-30 Antique. The serial number of this example is 626XX placing date of manufacture in 1896. Overall condition is good with around 40% of the original factory finish toned to a very nice even patina. The bore is dark, however the rifling is present. I did test fire the carbine with factory Remington Ammo and found it fired and functioned perfectly. I was able to hit a one pound coffee can at 100 yards easily! This little antique 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine was a Ranch Gun in Montana until last month, wish it could talk! Can be purchased by anyone and sent anywhere without any license!
