This H & R Arms Co. Model U.S. Rifle M1 "Garand" is a tried and true rifle us by the U.S. Military for years. It is a .30-06 Sprg. Cal. The barrel is stamped 6-54. In overall very good condition the wood stock does have some handling marks. It would make a great collector rifle.
