Description:
270 Win, serial number 1702XX. Heavily customized, unknown maker. We have taken the stock off and there are no markings other than factory on the metal or wood. Inletting is excellent quality. Factory barrel, 24". Bore is excellent, starting to show softening at the throat. Receiver shows 80% coverage, medium open-scroll engraving, extending 2" over chamber. Millet rings and bases. Top of rings have similar engraving pattern. Floorplate shows gold ram, 80% coverage open-scroll engraving, signed "SK". Open center grip cap, with uncheckered border. Open center Neidner-style buttplate. Aftermarket bolt release. Nicely figured classic style Carcassian walnut stock with fleur de lis multi-point checkering and shadow-line cheek piece. Ebony forened cap. Lightly hunted, shows minor marring. Kolmorgan Bear Cub 4x scope. More photos in request. Please add $50.00 for shipping and insurance.
