A full blown Custom 338-06 Mauser rifle with all the bells and whistles, 24 inch octogon barrel contoured by Custom Guild member James Anderson from a no. 6 blank with intregal front and rear iron sight.The rest of the metal work by Guild members Mike McCabe and Paul Dressel.Beautiful piece of exhibition fiddle back walnut mix..schnable forend custom swivels inletted, engraved bolt handle, grip cap is inlaid, mod. 70 3 position safety; recoil pad; beautifully executed checkering and pancake cheek piece, weight is 7 Lbs.; timney trigger; a very accurate rifle that shoots 3/4" with several loads I tried in it.
