Description:
The Montana Rifle Company manufactures bolt action rifles featuring its Model 1999 action which is a hybrid between the Model 70 and the Mauser 98. This action utilizes a clone Model 70 trigger and three position safety, but also incorporates the Mauser 98 breeching system with the C-ring and large claw extractor. It also has a five point gas venting system.
