Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 29, 44 Magnum, 6-1/2 inch barrel, 5 screw frame w/ bright blue finish,
manufactured circa 1956, S/N: S-1540xx. Correct numbered 6 groove frame, cylinder and ejector star. Previous owner says it was a 4" gun that he couldn't manage so returned it to the factory for a 6 1/2" more to his liking. Showing a light drag line on this otherwise 98% finish. "NO" holster wear. Original Diamond checkered Goncola Alves "un-numbered" Coke Bottle grips. This is in near perfect condition. Of course it has the usual TT,TH,RR&WO fittings. This is a one owner revolver, displaying very minimal use. Sorry, no box. Reluctantly priced at $1995.00
