Description:
This is a decent First Model 38 Single Action aka Baby Russian with a 4” barrel. It retains 75% original nickel finish and the mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight. The bore is good plus with strong rifling and does show traces of fine black powder corrosion. The grips are very good with sharp checkering. The serial number is 19578 and is matching numbers. This could be a nice cowboy action shooter.
