Description:
J P Sauer & Son model 3000 drilling. 12 x 12 x .30-06. Made in 1986 this beautiful drilling remains in excellent mechanical condition and 98% cosmetics. The handsomely engraved frame has dual underlug locks, cross bolt and side clips. Side safety, dual cocking indicators, top tang activated rear sight. Mounted on top is a factory front claw/rear quick release scope mount holding a Schmitt & Bender 6x42 scope with “heavy” duplex reticle. The 25” barrels have the two 12 gauge tubes with .723” bore diameters and .018” & .032” (M/F) chokes; and the bottom mounted .30-06 barrel. The front trigger is a single set for the rifle and standard for the shotgun. Cheek piece butt stock with a 15” LOP over a 1” Pachmayr presentation pad. Weighs 9 lbs. 3 oz. with the scope and 7 lbs. 10 oz. without.
