Description:
This is a terrific example of a 1917 DWM Artillery Luger rig with matching magazine and stock, cleaning rod and holster. The pistol is all original and correct with about 97% blue remaining, with very minor edge wear from the holster and a little bit of finish loss on each strap. Small parts still show excellent straw, and the excellent grips are also matching to the pistol. The magazine is numbered to the pistol but as you can see in the photo, the last digit can't be seen easily as there is a large ding in the wood bottom there. The stock is also matching to the gun and has clear Imperial proof mark on the back. The leather on the stock attachments is original but the cup strap has been repaired. The holster is in excellent condition with clear 1917 date and maker mark on the back. We did swap in a nicer but original holster as the one that came with the pistol was worn and badly damaged. Original cleaning rod is present and in very good condition. Pistol bore is mint - hardly looks used.
