L.C. Smith, Field Grade, SEE THE NEW PRICE! Side x side Double Barrel 12 gauge. Wt 8# 9 oz.. 30" Barrel. Right choke is modified.Left choke is full. The medallion on the pistol grip is missing and the furniture has a lot of wear. This iconic example of American classic side lock double barrel still locks up like the Federal vault. The barrels interior shows little wear, especially the left looks almost new. However, without a face lift, it's days of exterior beauty are gone. As the photos will show, the left side of the receiver has been shellacked. I started to clean the right side. This was done when they shellacked the stock and forearm. I guess they got carried away. The length of pull is 13 1/4 and 14 1/4 per trigger. There is an almost unperceptable ding on the right barrel pointed out in the photos. This gun is still a shooter.
