Picture # 1 : From left to right : Warrior's Blade, RC 4, Bavi 2, Tanazacq's rendition of Randall # 1 made in 1973, (blade was heat-treated back then as this blade was recently "discovered" in the attic, and were completed in July 2019) Prairie 2, Tanazcaq's rendition of Randall # 3 made in 1973 (completed in July 2019 after this bade was "discovered," Orq1, Troncay 2 and Troncay 4. Jean makes some of the most sturdy, tough, extra heavy-duty handcrafted leather scabbards I've ever seen to date. Some of them are equipped with a swivel on the back ( Bavi series and Warrior's Blade). A Tanazacq's knife is 100% handmmade, with no fancy tools. Any model take no less than 5/6 full days to complete. His workshop is far from being jam-packed with the latest equipment and machinery; only a milling, buffing machine and a grinder. His motto: "My knives are meant to be used, first." They are delivered with an aggressive sharp edge the way a good knife should be, yet, they are tough as well. Since we are talking about a lot of monies here, I see no needs in puting a price on such exquiste collection. No pun intended folks, just send a message if you see a knife or knives of your liking and I will kindly quote you a firm price ( I do not trade, so please do not ask will you).
