Description:
Used. A nice looking M1 with interesting Springfield Armory markings on stock and possibly an inventory number (041). The receiver was manufactured in January of 1945 and the barrel was manufactured in December of 1964. The stock is marked with the Springfield Armory crossed cannons next to S.A. over NFR in a box. The NFR stands for General Norman F. Ramsey, marked on the stock between November 1944 and November 1945. Multiple "P" stamps on underside of pistol grip.
