Marlin model 1881 Thin Side Frame .38-50 caliber rifle. Bore has strong sharp rifling. Action works perfectly. Barrel length is 26”. Stocks are good with no chips or cracks. Stock shows scattered nicks and dings from hunting use. Barrel has clear Marlin address and patent dates. Barrel retains good blue. Magazine tube has a plum patina. Good solid Thin side 1881 in good shootable caliber.
