Japanese Type 26, Cal 9 mm, Ser 438XX.
Outstanding condition retaining 97-98% of the Konishikawa Arsenal blued finish. The only loss is due to sharp edge silvering. Other than a few scattered pin prick probably from a holster there are no pits, rub marks or scratches anywhere. The cylinder doesn't match but apparently has been with the gun since it left the arsenal.
The wooden grips are absolutely perfect, no splits, dings or flattened points, The lacquer finish is also about 97-98%. The cylinder, force cone and recoil shield are pristine as is the barrel. The bore is mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. Not a touch of frost anywhere. If you want a real beauty for collection and don't want to sell the ranch this is it.
