Description:
Increasingly hard to find are these early (40s and 50's) Vintage Stevens with handsome Tenite stock set (designed to resemble high grade heavily figured walnut but are in fact a nearly indestructable plastic called Tenite). This was a barn gun and as such has some light surface rust but nothing deep or profound. The receiver retains approx 15% of the original case color. The stocks are in good conditon with no cracks or splits or meaningful flaws. The side selector button (sometimes these are misssing) is in place and works perfectly. The 22 will shoot shorts or longs or long rifles and the 410 will handle both 2 1/2 and 3" ammo.
It is very tight and could be cleaned up by someone wanting to invest the time.
