MARLIN MODEL 39 ARTICLE II .22LR, SHORT AND LONG LEVER ACTION COMMEMORATIVE RIFLE, CIRCA 1971. Like new condition with 24" octagonal barrel having bore and rifling. Only sign of use is on left side of hammer where blue beginning to fade from cycling. Hammer has extension for scope use and scope base on top of existing screw holes. Wood with factory varnish with no signs of use or carry. Brass buttplate and forend cap. Full length mag tube with original brass tube and plunger. Original sights. Has factory "The Right to Bear Arms- 1871-1971" medallion affixed to frame on right side.
