Description:
Springfield M1 Garand .30-06 Springfield, 24 inch round barrel with fully adjustable rear sight for elevation and windage. Front blade sight with wings. The bore is frosted but shows strong rifling. Action shows wear on moving parts along with some edge wear. The gas tube has turned a dull silver. The barrel shows some wear at the muzzle end along with some thinning of the parkerized finish. The stock fore end and hand guard have numerous dings, dents, and scratches, with some through the finish. This rifle was made in 1943 for WWII and looks to have seen combat. The rifle was re-barreled in 3-52. All in all a very nice rifle.
